Winter Performance Series presented by Troutman Sanders

The Hermitage is celebrating its third year of working with composer and pianist Stephen Coxe and hosting intimate evening recitals featuring performances on the museum’s Steinway baby grand piano accompanied by vocalists and other instruments.

Enjoy a recital in the Hermitage’s Great Hall while surrounded by the Asian art collection and experience a program akin to what the Sloane family offered to entertain friends and distinguished guests.  

Visitors are invited to arrive early to browse the collection, mingle, and enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres by Omar's Carriage House and drinks available for purchase. The performance will begin at 7pm in the Great Hall and will include a 20 minute intermission. Doors open at 6pm.

Stephen Coxe, Pianist, & Special Guests
Coxe will be joined by five gifted artists to perform beautiful pieces from beloved composers on the Hermitage Steinway.  The program features works by a variety of composers including Francis Poulenc, Aaron Copland, Richard Strauss, Maurice Ravel, Robert Schumann, and Stephen Coxe.
